
In the segment, Lee Joon and Seungho display the lives of a healthy and unhealthy person, respectively. I do admit some of the things they do are corny (c’mon…who counts how many times they chew their rice?!) but in the end I think that the advice they give would be useful in maintaining a healthy lifestlye. And after watching it, I’ve come to the realization that I should try to become more healthy this year because Seungho’s part seemed to mirror my life (oh the late nights and sleeping in…I blame winter break). But maybe I’ll try out some of their techniques (perhaps the butt tightening exercise…). Check out the video for yourself and get inspired by MBLAQ to live a healthy lifestyle for 2010!
